Brighton - 2nd April 2003 On Friday 28th March the West Pier at Brighton caught fire. I took a run down there with Deano the following Wednesday to see the damage. It was actually still smoking, five days after the fire started. If you look closely at the third pic you will see smoke coming from the planking to the left.
Bognor Brighton Run - 9th March 2003 Mini fun at the seaside with Baby and Fred. Bognor was cold and windy, but provided great fish and chips. A quick blast along the A27 after lunch found a heaving Brighton with no parking spaces. We eventually parked in the multi-storey. By then the wind had dropped and the sun had come out to give us a lovely early Spring afternoon.
