Welcome Home Binky - Bandits at Box Hill - 29th February 2004

Binky's first outing following his restoration after his mishap on the Italian Job.  The weather forecast threatened snow, and it was snowing north of London.  But that didn't deter 10 Minis turning up at Box Hill to welcome him back. 

It wouldn't have been Binky if he'd have turned up on best behaviour though.  He was covered in muck from the motorway and playing up by not letting his windscreen wipers work properly.  We think he just wanted to get Doctor Tim fiddling under his bonnet again - he hadn't seen him for four months!

A run through twisty lanes to the Parrot at Forest Green for lunch, followed by a quick photo opportunity - during which it chucked down snow for about five minutes to be followed by brilliant sunshine.  After that a run to the top of Box Hill, then back down for a drink and chat in front of a blazing fire in the Stepping Stones pub.  Fantastic!
