Here are some pics of Billy when Julie (his previous owner) bought him in
2000. At this stage he was a standard 850. Here is Julie's
description of him at that time.
"I hated the late 60s pullout radio, the owner/restorer had put
that in after the restoration and it never even had an aerial.
Note the state of the passenger seat. The driver's seat was removed in
1969 and put in the attic (only about 24,000 or something on the clock at the
time) as Jayne was driving from Weston Super Mare to Bristol to see her
husband to be and she put a bucket seat in it's place. Driver's seat
went back in 20 years or so later after the restoration. Unfortunately
passenger seat got to live through shopping, babies, toddlers, etc etc"
